    Is there a similar cream to Tri Adcortyl available to buy at a chemist shop?

    No you can't by a similar cream to this over the counter. And from the information I accessed, this cream was discontinued in the UK and you are obviously from the UK.

    Is this a fungal infection under your foreskin ?
