    Guardinship rights
    I have gaurdinship of my nephew now his mother 7 months latter that has never made a effort to see him nor call has called 2 days and told him she is going to come get him amd his things and take him back, What are my rights??

    What rights does a mother have when she signed him over to me (aunt) I do have legal gaurdinship?

    We need more details. Did you go through the courts and establish a legal guardianship?

    I assume by guardianship that you went through the court and established a legal guardianship. If she wants her son back she has to go to court again and have the guardianship reversed.
