    How to become fat (6 ft height & wt is only 50)
    Hai,
    I am of age 22 (male) with 6 feet height and my weight is only 50.

    I look so thin:(

    Basically I am a vegiterian to gain weaight I am eating chiken weekly twice

    Please suggest to become fat

    Only 50? 50 lbs or 50 Kg (110 lb)?

    50 Lbs at 6 feet high would leave you close to irreversible malnutrition. I suggest you contact a doctor. The things that come to mind are 1) a tapeworm, 2) severe metabolic disorder, 3) etc.

    You know I am 5'8'' tall and I only weighs 45kgs... I suggest you to drink this milk supplement its rich in protein <appeton> it is really effective. Now I weighs 49kgs in just to weeks, go!

    I think he means 50Ks! (it's still skinny tho' - I'm 48-50Ks and I'm 5'3"!)

    In order to gain weight you need to exercise – to increase muscle – and to eat moderate quantities of good fats, carbohydrates and protein.

    Animal protein is often better for increasing weight than vegetable protein (such as soy), but you will need to increase the amount of times you eat it per week. Perhaps you can alternate it with Tempe, tofu and legumes such as lentils.

    Carbohydrates such as rice, pasta and bread should also be eaten in good quantities – and you need to begin the day with a substantial breakfast.

    I'm not sure if you eat dairy foods, but they are an excellent source of protein and fat. Good fat is essential if you want to increase your weight, but you may not want to eat animal fat. Use good oils instead such as olive, canola and peanut oil.

    In the end, if you want to increase your weight, you need to increase the amount of food that you're eating. Bigger meals, a decent breakfast and possible snacks between meals.

    I'm 5'9" and my weight is 45 I apply everythng on my body bt still m skiny please seggest me how can I build myself.. my diet is perfect I eat everythng french fries,bread,fruits and drink a milk daily bt... kindly do smthng
