    After 18 could you ask for child support
    Say I'm 29 and my dad never paid for child support now can I take my dad to court to get child support money?

    No you can not. Your mother who was suppose to be getting it is the only one that can. And there is even a limit to how many years latter you can even go back to collect.

    First was there a actual court order for child support,

    But you can not do anything
