    Foreclosure without inspection?
My realtor is insisting to decline inspection for a foreclosure home which appears that he just want to have a transaction on his end. Is this right? Is this right to know how much it would cost for this house to repaie it without buying? Knowing that you can bargain other homes too much lower prices and just pay a little more than a foreclosure and no construction cost!

    Hello s:

I'm not sure I understand... But, if you're working with a realtor who won't let you inspect the properties you want to buy, I'd find me another real estate agent.
