    Do I still need to evict if he's been gon for 30 days
    I was recently in a 1 1/2 relationship. He left on Nov. 9,2009, but he things are still there. He's now living with another lady. My question is, if he's gone for 30days, do I still need to serve him with eviction notice?

    Does he pay you rent? If so, has he been keeping up with his rent payments?

    Do he own half of the property?
