    Is there always a per diem option?
    Im trying to find out if I can pay per diem after my lease is up because the closing on my house is taking longer than expected

    Hello c:

    The law doesn't address this. Therefore, it would be a deal negotiated between you and your landlord. If it were me, I'd offer MORE than my monthly rate divided by 30.
