What are the disadvantages of MBA? I want to know how MBA is not being fully used in our development i.e financially, society,etc.Are there any steps to make MBA as a strong subject for the development of our society?

What profession are you asking about? MBA's are usually very useful in obtaining a job, but in some professions, such a teaching, the new B.A. grads are low on the payscale and the first to get hired in difficult budget times.

Otherwise, there are many advantages of an M.B.A. It depends on what the employer desires.

Sometimes you can be overqualified... but this will become more rare in an economy that is seeing many top notch people apply at lower positions just to get an income.
