    New suggestion, Pilates. No bulk?
Does anyone have any good suggestions for work out plans that won't make you bulky?
Also, any of the best pilate DVDs you know of would be great
What else works to get a nice slim, toned body?

And on another note, should I be including yoga in my every day routine? If so, what would be the best

I love Pilates. I've been doing it for around 5 years now. I use Winsor Pilates, which you can order online. The set includes a couple of different levels, from beginning to advanced. They also tell you how to adjust the workouts if you have any particular problems or areas of weakness. I was pretty fit when I started, but I noticed a big difference after doing Pilates. I felt stronger, especially in my abs and legs, but it works on the entire body. I also felt calmer after working out. I definitely ended up slimmer and more toned.

Don't worry about getting bulky. Unless you are a man or are injecting testosterone, it's almost impossible to get bulky without serious pain and tons of food.

To get a slim toned body, go to the gym and lift weights. I swear, you won't grow big muscles, but you'll get a much better shape. Also, do your cardio.

Pilates and yoga are both good, but you need to do them as well as the gym and cardio.
