How many days legally do I have to move out after the landlord notifys me
My landlord told me on the 7th of November that my lease was up and that he needed me to move out by the 1st of dec. it is now the 30th and he wants to do the walk through tomorrow. I asked him can he do the walk through on the third, he said no! So do I have to be legally out by the 1st is my question?

Your LL must give you 30 days notice that he is not renewing your lease, same goes for you when you leave, 30 days from either LL or tenant. However, this would mean you owe for another months rent. I think you may need to prepare for a little war with the LL, he either doesn't know anything about being a LL or he is a fool. If he does not renew a long term lease you have become a month to month tenant. If you wait until after the first to give notice you could be on the hook for another months rent too.

First how long was the lease for, and what is the terms in the lease to renew it ( were you not renewing it)

He should have to give you a 30 day notice to move out.

And of course you can also merely ingore his notice and force him to go to court to evict you.
