    Display driver Update
I bought a video game and it freezes in the same spot. An error message shows that the vtdisp.dll quit normal operation. I suppose I need to update the driver, but I'm way too confused on which update to download. I have a Compaq Presario Desktop Model S6300NX, Product DQ180A-ABA. My current display adapter (I guess that's what you call it) is VIA/S3G UniChrome IGP 6.14.10.0194-16.94.42.03. DAC Type: internal, Memory 64 MB. BIOS Info - 98.D2.00.19 (8/4/2003). Here's more info: I have an AMD Athlon Processor. Plug and Play Monitor driver date 6/6/2001, Version 5.1.2001.0 I don't know what other information to give for my answer. Northbridge chipset name KM400/KN400. VIA VT8237 controller. By no means am I computer literate. I just copied down everything I could think of.

I checked VIA Arena, but I just don't know which one is safe to download for my computer. Can anyone help? (I'd like to play the video game I bought.)

    Can anyone help?
