    Sealing Brick Paver Driveways
I want to get my brick paver driveway sealed. I got two quotes - one for $470 and another for $200. The more expensive service told me that I should not let the less expensive service use water-based sealer. They said the driveway should be sealed with acrylic-base low solid sealer. The less expensive service told me he uses water-base sealer. What should I do?

Also consider having no sealer. If you used the correct brick it does not need sealing.

I used play sand to fill the cracks and when I sealed the driveway the sand picked up in the roller. Now, all the extra sand is sealed on my driveway!! It looks like I mixed cement on it. I tried pressure cleaning again but it didn't loosen the sand. Is there a solvent I can use to dissolve the sand and sealant and pressure it off?
