    What is some good advice when dealing with my sons fathers girlfriend?
    My sons dad is dating a crazy that wants to hurt me and my son... she told me so herself and because I have no proof I cannot get any kind of protective order and frankly I'm pissed... so any help or advice would be appreciated.

    Hello a:

    You'll have to define "hurt". If she just wants to spread gossip, I wouldn't do anything.. But, if she's threatening physical harm, then I'd do my best to COLLECT some evidence and get yourself a protective order...

    That's not too hard nowadays, with cell phones acting like recording devices, and voice mail and texting...

    If you CAN'T get proof, and you fear for your safety, move.
