Mini schnauzer bred by much larger lab
My 15ish pound miniature Schnauzer was accidentally bred by a much larger lab mix. I can in no way afford to have them aborted or have a vet deliever them. Has anyone ever had this situation and is it possilby that my schnauzer can have puppies small enough to survive the labor?

I would be pulling the money from somewhere for a spay/abort.

If a smaller female is mated with a much larger male it can cause damage to the female both at the time of the mating and during the pregnancy.
If the b*tch survives with no complications during the pregnancy you could find yourself in a lot of trouble during birth and most likely need to get a c-section done, a LOT more expensive than a spay/abort.

Call your local shelters and rescue centres and see if they can work out some sort of discount vet care, or even plead with your regular vet to work out a payment plan so you don't have a big bill up-front.

Typically a spay abort will cost around $200 where as a c-section can cost in the thousands.

    Harshness alert.

Why do you have a dog if you cannot afford it's care?

This dog should have been spayed a long time ago, to prevent this very thing from happening.

You cannot afford vet bills, well then, maybe you should give the dog to someone that can.

Sorry, but this event could have been prevented.
