    What is the z-score of a sample with n-size of 144 and a mean of 11
    Hello, I am trying to solve this problem for my statistics homework.. I am stuck.. HELP!

    What is the z-score of a sample with n-size of 144 and a mean of 11;
    Standard Dev: 4

    The equation is correct, but there is no z-score for what OP posted. A z score is how many standard deviations something is away from the mean. The mean is 11, but there is no "something." That is, the z-score of WHAT?
