    Small hole in my gums
    I have a small hole in the upper and lower part of my gums, in between my teeth. I am spitting up blood but I can't tell if it is from the holes... the holes are between the third and fourth teeth from the back on my left side. Can someone help me? I taste a bitter taste

    Have you had a cavity or pain and possibly any swelling? If any of the above is yes it could be a possible abcess. I am not a dentist or doctor but my opinions come from personal experience. I had this to happen with an abcess. The bitter taste is probably the after taste of the blood. You should really see a dentist in case of infection (or prevention) and a prescribed antibiotic if needed. Try rinsing in some warm salt water or a small amount of peroxcide (do not swallow) until you can mke an appointment. Good luck and happy holidays!
