Hi,everyone!

I have known 3 fair-sounding compositions of violin, which named 《Canon and Gigue in D major for 3 violins and Basso Continuo》,《schindler's list》and《Valse Triste》.

However, I want to get more beautiful compositions about violin, cause I love it so much.

If you have got some beautiful sounds, just tell me please.:)

The Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto would be considered to be the "big one" by many violinists. It's very beautiful!

I prefer some short pieces, while I do want to listen the music that you recommand. I guess it sounds good... :)

There's actually quite a few pieces with one or more violins in them that I would like to show to you, but I'm not able to play any site right now that has videos on them because this computer is so old. So, I can give you names of pieces and you can go to the links where you might be able to here them.

I'm glad that you like "Death and the Maiden"! It's a wonderful piece and knowing that you like it helps me to understand more of what you do like, as far as music is concerned. For some people, it can be a really hard piece to understand why it's likeable at all!

I'll have to do some research as to the meaning of why it was written...

I'm a college student from Beijing in my senior year, and I'm 20 years old by the way my family name is Li. I'll have a Graduate Candidate Test in 40 days soon. It's an important exam in my life...

I like violin very much, and I really want to learn it after my graduation. By the way, have you learned violin yet?

Yes, I do play some violin. It was one of the first instruments that I learned. I didn't keep up on it, but do know it enough in order to be able to teach beginners how to play iit.

I've searched it in Google, but I found it's hard for me to get the main idea of that articles...

After my graduation, could you help me in my learning violin, please?
And I don't know violin at all, is it hard to learn?

The violin is one of the hardest instruments to learn, if you really want to play it in the classical way. Learning the 'cello is much easier.

If you would like to only play folk type melodies on the violin where you only have to play in one or two positions, it's not all that hard. Pieces involving that kind of playing can also be quite beautiful!

Yes, I can show you how to play the violin via some rudimentary and elementary instruction on this site.

I've been listening to and thinking about other pieces concerning the violin that you might enjoy hearing. I'll be listing them them, soon!

The 'cello, sometimes just called cello and more formally called the violoncello, is a much larger instrument of the string family of instruments that are played with a bow. Unlike the violin, the music for the 'cello is played in the bass clef and sometimes the "C" clef, which is a movable clef, depending on the instrument for which the music is written in the "C" clef.

In modern times, the main ones used in the Western world of music, would be the violin, viola, violoncello and string bass.

I'll be happy to give you more information later, but am having some computer problems right now...

Unknown008 told that you meant to change your computer, however now I know you didn't change it...

As a matter of fact, my computer was an old one, too. Last time, my elder brother who have already worked a long time took my computer. About 3 weeks later, he bought a new one for himself and left the old one to me...

My second elder brother blamed elder brother for his "selfish", but elder brother didn't change his mind...

Now I have to continue to use the old one, the same to you...
