    Maple syrup diet
    I want to start the diet, drink only water and a bit of maple syrup in a glass and don't eat. I want to add taking laxitives for the 10 days to help it quicker, problem is I'm on the pill, if I take laxitives will that effect the pill? Or when should I take them?

    Let me see, doubt you would have the energy to have sex anyway.

    For gods name, don't do fad diets that will hurt your health, make you loose some weight but it all comes back.

    Do a real diet, balanced meals, proper exercise and do it proper

    Don't do this diet. It's stupid and unhealthy and will leave you absolutely starving. Also, I've never even heard of anyone who did it who didn't instantly regain all the lost weight within two days of finishing it.
