    Keeprite furnace problems
    Keeprite Oil Fired Warm Air
    Model FLO 115
    Serial 1367
    Age approx 25 years

Problem - Started to occur over last 6 months, good for many years
    1. Under certain low barometric days no wind, exhaust fumes coming back through burner air in take 88 ppm carbon monoxide.
    2. Furnace will run fine for a week then problem occurs
    3. Furnace does short cycles on / off during problem times

    To Date
    Inspected flame - good
    Have changed nozzle and filter
    Adjusted air in take
Checked flew draft on low or no wind days - good

    It was suggested That
    1. Heat Exchanger may be partially plugged reducing the amount of required air required by the heat exchanger and causing a heat build up in the chamber and short cycling of furnace

Is there a schematic for this furnace I could view?
Have there been any recalls on this furnace?
    All help comments appreciated

Sounds like you have a cracked heat chamber. WHat is the carbon level coming out of the supply registars?
