    Summons
    My summons was written improperly! The date of my drivers license was put as my brith date! How can I get the summons thrown out?

    You need to pay a little more attention to detail you.
    1. posted your question as a answer to someone else's question

    2. you posted it as a answer in small claims court, not criminal law.

    But no it will have no effect, you can ask the judge, but because of the SOL the officer or police dept could merely issue a new ticket if they had to. But historically minor problems, such as incorrect dates, wrong tag numbers and the such have no effect.
