    Does separat effect on Temporary Green Card?
    I have been married for 2 yrs and 8 months... and my temp. Green card just got issued... I would like to know,If I want to stay separate with my husband.. Can he cancel my green card? He told me he will... :confused::(

    As long as you are not divorced and still live together, you are OK. Separation at the time to remove 2 years condition may be a big problem if he reports immigration and withdraws his sponsorship.

    If you entered marriage in goo faith and you have evidence to prove it, consult experienced immigration attorney asap. Good luck.

    He doesn't allow me to work as my professional for 3 yrs... I don't have that much money to heir an attorney... Would you recomment me some help?
