So just recently my girlfriend started go-go dancing because she has gotten a huge amount of debt that she can't pay off. She has always said she would never do this (her mom used to be a go-go dancer) and really thought it was degrading. She says she's only going to do it until she pays off her debt and she says she doesn't like doing it, but I know her she loves being the center of attention, she's beautiful but still has self-esteem issues and like most people she loves being paid a lot of money.
I hate the fact that she's doing this she wants me to be supportive of it but I just can't do it, she's really desperate for money and I just don't know what to do. I love her so much but it just hurts knowing she's out there doing this for other guys >.<

Maybe you could help her with her money issues so she doesn't have to do something she at one time thought was degrading.

I would love to help her with her money problems, but she makes double my paycheck for 2weeks in one day and I use my paycheck to get us food and stuff like that.

I have a friend who was always hanging with strippers and he had many stripper girlfriend's and he just did not allow lap dances.

He sure enjoyed the money and I told him at one time he was nothing but a glorified pimp,but I digress.

Hey, I used to be a go go dancer. Let me just give you background on myself. I graduated college with honors, I know am a teacher, and all the while I was a dancer at night. I know longer have to do it financially. Your girlfriend sounds like she has a good head on her shoulders and she is one of the smart ones who won't get sucked into the club scene crap. In the economy we all have to do things we don't want to do. Think of it this way, it is a means to an end and she isn't dancing to buy drugs.. she is doing it to better herself... life is all about intentions my friend.
