I have served 23 months of a 2 year felony probation for drug possession in Florida. (Okaloosa county)
I just got a D.U.I. I did not blow nor did I sign any of the tickets.
My probation was all paid off and all requirements complete. My P.O. had gotten my early release papers back but not signed by the judge yet. She is going to violate me.
This was my second D.U.I. but more than 10 years apart.
What can I expect?

Well you can expect not to get a early release ( sorry but 23 months, of 24 months don't really sound like a early release)

But you may end up back in jail to do the actual sentence, but that will be up to the judge. And the judge may do nothing, there is just no telling.
