On graph paper, you can find the velocity of the ship A;
2 & 3. You know relative velocity and you can find the relative distance apart. Use both to get the time. It's similar to a situation where one of the ships remains still (using relative velocity) and the other one passes by it. In other words, it's like finding the perpendicular distance from a point to a line.
4. From then, you can find their positions, which turns out to be the vector position from the port (with coordinates (0, 0)
