Get some water into her, 3 days is way too long for no water. Squeeze a little water from a soaked rag into her mouth until someone comes on here to give you better advice.

    Not drinking is serious.

Edit: try calling your vet for advice, if you can't afford to go there.

Unfortunately your vet is the only option.

I can give you some advice on ho to help her out until you get her there but ultimately 3 days with no food or water means there is something seriously wrong.

It could be anything from a bowel blockage to parvo and anything in between.

    Has she pooped recently?
If so how were her stools?

I would rush down to your local supermarket or pharmacy and get some pedialyte to try and get some fluids back into her.
Get an empty syringe without a needle and fill it with either the pedialyte or just plain water even and squirt it down her throat.
Don't try to get her to drink a lot of water in one go because it will just make her throw up.

Is she up to date on her shots?
    Parvo is a big worry.

Call your local shelter and see if you can get discounted vet care there or even call your regular vet and see if you can work out a payment plan. At 1 year of age she should have already been to the vet a few times so she would have a file to prove you are a long-term customer.

Call your vet and tell them what's going on. Some clinics will work with you, especially if you're a client of x amount of years.

For the in between, keep her quiet and get her to try and eat shredded chicken or browned hamburger and rice. Its easy on the stomach. Make it moist, but not like soup. Mix the pedialyte in it. The meat should help entice her to eat something. If your dog does eat, MONITOR HER. If she throws it right back up, document it and talk to your vet. Document everything she's doing so that way you can tell your vet what's going on. The biggest fee for an unknown illness for a vet is when they observe them for 24 hours. If you can take that work out and stay in touch with the clinic, the cost when you DO go in shouldn't be as much.

Also, see if she'll eat yogurt. Sometimes dogs just get an upset stomach too. Get a flavored yogurt, it'll make her want to at least lick it.
