    Keyboard
    I have a dell inspiron 6000. I am having difficulty with the keyboard. It allows me to type numbers, but will not allow me to type letters. When I hit the letter keys, nothing happens.

    Have you tried an external keyboard to see if same issue

    Still in warranty?
