    Shoulder injury!
I dislocated my shoulder two years ago and ever since then it is easier to dislocate again! I have dislocated it 3 times now but it has supluxed(I think that's the right word) at least 10 times, I'm so used to it now I just put it back in and carry on. However it has completely knocked my confiedence with certain movement or positions. I am a frequent gym user and keep myself fit but I have never had a problem in this controlled environment it always catches me by surprise. What can I do to try and gain some confiedence back in the shoulder and stop this happening all the time? Am I damaging it further by being active? Please help me if you can all post are most appreciated. Jim

You should see a physical therapist first off, to get advice and recommendations on how to recover from that injury, so long ago. As it appears you have not and are doing constant damage in compromising that area of your shoulder. If I were you I would desist from using that shoulder until you get advice from someone who can actually look at it and get a feel for what is happening to that shoulder joint.
