IM a bartender and one day I was washing my shaker in the sink and the brissels from a glass scrub brush got stuck under my cuticles on two of my fingers. Ever since then they have been red and irritated, inflamed, itchy at times, and puss filled. How can I treat this?:confused:

You need to get the piece of glass out before the inflammation will go down. It's also possible that you have a case of MRSA, but I'll go with the glass splinter.

Cuticles are gone on two of my fingers, red, irritated, inflamed, itchy at times, and sometimes puss filled.. peroxide seems to temporarily treat it.. but never goes away fully.. Can I treat this?

Nah I didn't get a splinter from the glass at all. It was a brisle brush used to scrub glasses. Now I have some kind of irritation. Under the skin where my cuticle was. Now I have no cuticle on both nails. The two fingers are red and irritated all the time. They become puss filled at times. And sometimes they itch as if they are trying to heal. Ive been treating it like any sore peroxide daily and sometimes neosporin. Never seems to go away completely been dealing with this for some time now. Please help.

As has been suggested, you need to get this checked out by a doctor. It very well could be a very serious infection.

Why are you against medical assistance concerning this? Chances are that you have debris under your skin. In the aircraft industry, we call this FOD. Foreign Object Debris. The body doesn't like FOD, and tries to remove it, thus the puss, and redness. Or it could be that those brissels injected bacteria under your skin.

Are you still serving drinks with infected fingers? I think that you should wear gloves until this gets better. But you should go to the doctor, and get them to inspect it.
