    Un born child
    Is illegal to leave the state when u are pregnant? Do you have to tell the father that you are moving, if you aren't married?

    No and no.

    HOWEVER... depending on the state, if the father files for paternity, either now or after the child is born but before residence is established elsewhere, the court may order you to move back or make other arrangements to allow for visitation.
