    He's in britain on spouse visa but now want him deported
    Hi, my brother-in-law has been here 8 months on a spouse visa from pakistan, couple of days ago he did a runner... my sister is in hospital expecting a baby... she wants him deported back, can this be done? If so how?

    Report his absconding to the Home Office.
