New to pill 3 months late
I started taking the pill in August and it is now November, I still have not gotten my period. Every week I am supposed to get my period though I get normal cramps and break out, just no bleeding. Any ideas on what is happening?

I don't think you understand... you are not supposed to get your period every week. You are only supposed to get it once a month.

Are you taking the pill every day at the same time? Have you been on antibiotics since you started the pill?

It's going to take time for your body to adjust to the pill. Have you taken a HPT? If not, I suggest you do so.

It might be that your body is still adjusting. I didn't get my period on the first week after I stopped it either and my gynecologist said there was nothing to worry about, and that it would come later on, and it did. 3 months is a lot though. The period you get while on the pill is not really a period, it's just bleeding because you're taking a break. So I suspect that this pill is not very convenient and doesn't work well on you. Just call your doctor and tell him/her, he might just give you another one to try.
