    Period 3 weeks late but negative test result!
    My period is 3 weeks late done two test pregnancy tests both negative!

    I have a tender, dull ache lower pelvic area. Sometimes if I stretch too much it hurts.
    Slight lower back ache and really tired.

    Have been pregnant in the passed but suffered miscarrage and had same symptoms but never had negative result!

    I have been trying for a baby for a year could I be pregnant or could there be another cause I am not stressed or anything by the way!

    Help!:confused:

    Make an appointment and have a blood test done.
