    How can I get custody of my Nephew? And what exactly do they look at when adopting?
    My brother had his kids taken from him, and they are all in foster care. I want to permanently adopt my nephew how can I go about doing this? What do they look at when you adopt?

    What State? Are they eligible for adoption?

    It varies but it's emotional and financial stability, basically. Your age certainly is part of the consideration, where you live, how you live.

    In many States adoption subsidies are available to help with the cost.
