Staying out of jail
I am on 5 years probation,2 and a half for intidimation and 2 and a half on paying back 500 a month restitution.I had paid the first two months with no problem but have missed the last two months due to the IRS taking my pay for a bill they say I owed for a while.I have been looking for a job for the last six months everywere with no luck.I get a state pension every month so now paying will be no problem again. My question is will they throw me back in jail for missing the last two payments knowing if I ever got sentenced I will lose my pension and never would be able to pay back the restitution?I servered 40 days in county jail so the pension board never knew about it.

If you are in violation of the terms of your probation, yes, you can get hauled back into Court and resentenced.
Is that your question?
You would lose your pension due to a criminal record?

Have you spoken to your PO? Did you let the PO know IMMEDIATELY about your problem?

Absolutely go with Scott here - tell your PO yourself before he/she finds out in some other way. There are certain good/bad/in between PO's, same as with any other profession, but with any kind of luck you'll have one who will listen and understand your situation.

As long as you are going in each month or even a couple times a month and showig them proof of the IRS taking your money, showing them proff of your retirement pay
But no if you were a state correctional officer, going to prison or jail has nothing to do with your pension, being taken away
