    Inheritance Tax in Holland
What happens if someone dies in the Netherlands without a Testament? Will the Estate go automatically to the partner and the child have rights to claim if they wish so OR the Estate will be divided equally between the spouse and the children. What about if the children will have no claim and do not want anything? Will they have to pay tax?

This forum deals with U.S. tax law, not Holland.
