Rehabilation training (RT) centres are nationwide,I'm in ireland, but I'm sure if you Google you will find plenty in or around your area.

Some provide work experience training,or adult education with a view to achieving a dipolma or degree.

Its specialised training, and they do all they can to provide natural supports and structured supports for people with disabilities.

I received a lump sum back payment for disability and I am wondering if it's taxable and if so why doesn't the government take the taxes before they distribute it? I honestly can't think of another situation where they fail to immediately take their share .
