    Background Checks
    I just got done doing a back ground check on a employee and I need to find out if they are currently on probation, how do I do that?:confused:

    Hello M:

    You can't. It's not public information. If you know the county where he might have been convicted, you can see those records.. But, they won't tell you if he's on probation.
