    Office 2000 SR-1 Premium
When trying to open Windows 2000 Office I receive an error message saying that the computer is trying to install Windows 2000 office SR-1 Premium. It tries to install, then fails, but the program still runs, and documents can still be viewed, printed, etc. Now it's asking for the Windows Office disk. Which would be easy except I didn't receive any disks when I bought the computer. Is it a virus or missing files? I'm stumped. How can I recover anything without a disk? Please any help would be great.

It's either trying to install an Office component that requires the CD or a recent software update from Microsoft has determined that it may be a pirated copy and is asking for the original CD for confirmation. Either way you'll need the original Office Cds.
