$CuSO_4 \rightleftharpoons Cu^{2+} + SO_4^{2-}$

$ZnCl_2 \rightleftharpoons Zn^{2+} + 2 Cl^-$

Since all you get is an exchange of ions, you'll get this:

$Zn^{2+} + SO_4^{2-} \rightleftharpoons ZnSO_4$

$Cu^{2+} + 2Cl^- \rightleftharpoons CuCl_2$

With this information, you should be able (very easily) to write the balanced equation
