Me and my exboyfriend kissed, what now?
I met this guy, Luke , at university. At the end of the first year he told me how much he liked me, but at the time I had only just broken up with my boyfriend and he told me this just before the summer break in which we would both go home for the holidays. He lives in Scotland, and I live in England.

Over the summer break the kept in regular contact, but didn't meet up, but we still really got to know each other. As soon as we came back from the summer holidays we dated, and officially went out. We were together much of the second year.
But during exam time, it was impossible to see each other as much as we wanted and we had an argument which lead to us talking about going home for the summer, and he said he didn't think our relationship was strong enough for the long distance. That he didn't want to hurt me . I was really upset, but didn't want to beg so I left it and kind of agreed.

Over the holidays we did keep in touch, and towards returing back to university we've been back talking like we used to. Now we are both back we seem to be constantly in touch, texting, messaging, Facebook and out in the same social groups at times.

Every time we have been out clubbing together we have stayed with each other all night, and ends the night with him walking me back
Im convinced the spark is still there.. he doesn't talk to anyone like me.. I really feel we are good together.

Last night we went out, and we stopped off at his before we planned for him to walk me to my house.
We ended up in his room, just chatting and he came in to kiss me. We kissed, cuddled, held hands hugged and talked for hours, it was amazing. I had butterflies the entire time.

This morning when I left he was still half asleep and we didn't chat about what happened.
When I got in text him to remind him to sort out about losing his wallet on the night out, and to cancel his cards. He text back saying that he had done it, then I got another text saying he found his wallet, someone had handed it in. So that was good

I really wanted to see if he would say anything about last night, so I waited a couple of hours, got fed up of waiting and text him to say 'do you think we should talk about what happened last night, it feels weird to ignore it'
And he didn't reply. And still hasnt7 hours later.

I don't know what to do. I really think he feels the same way as me. We have such a great time when we are together. Now I'm so confused.

Someone please give me advice on what to do about him not texting back?
    Any thoughts?
What should I do it I see him on the way to lectures and he still hasn't replied..

Thanks for taking the time to read this

If the question was that important to you, you should have done it in person. You will never know (unless he says) if he actually received the text.
When you see him next and have time, ask him person to person.:)
It's always best to talk, even if the outcome is not what you want or expect.

Before text, people used to leave messages on phone machines and had the same problem, never knowing for sure if someone got the message. It's frustrating, talk in person and then you will know for sure.:)
    Good luck!

I agree with Just Dahlia,, talk to him in person. A lot of misunderstandings happen because of texts. The best way to communicate is to talk face to face.

I agree with Just Dahlia and Silver Lining. Talk to him in person. However, I've seen this situation before. Long distance relationship never really works out. Do you know if he has someone in Scotland or do you have someone in England? If he has someone and unwilling to break up with his other half or if you are unwilling to break up with your other half because you don't know if your ex's feelings towards you, then this just sounds like a fling more than a relationship.
