    Distemper shot
    Can I buy the distemper shot for my dog an give it to him? What is the name of the shot I am having a hard time finding it??

    I never ever recommend giving a dog a shot yourself, I have no idea why America allows people to do this in their backyards!!

    The only place in Australia you can give your dogs their shots is at the vets and that's how it should be everywhere, it is so easy to get a bubble in the syringe or not go deep enough into the skin, or too deep, or give the wrong dosage... the list goes on...

    It's not expensive, I just had mine vaccinated for $65 AUD, and he doesn't have to be done again for at LEAST 5 years.
