I'm a parolee eligible for short term 13 month parole discharged. I recently caught a violation for a dirty test. When I went to the board, they offer me that if I take the program, I'm consider c/o/p continue on parole and my discharged date will stay the same. I took the program because that was the deal and my 13 month on parole is almost up. I did three month in the program and just got released. I'm about ten days until my thirteen month is up. Upon my released, I pay my parole officer a visit and talk to him about my discharged date. He told me that I f@3k it off because I violated. The only reason why I took the deal is because they said that my discharged date stays the same. I don't know what to think... I should had took the lesser time. I feel like they screwing me. If the board of prison says one thing, can my parole officer say another? And... is it right for my parole officer to keep me on parole longer then the deal they made me?

Nope. But, the only thing you can do about is hire a lawyer to fight them.
