How do I replace the thermistor in my Kenmore "by Whirlpool" Dryer?
My Kenmore Dryer, model 110.82836100 shuts down before finishing cycle, with an E1 Error message. This site stated E1 means thermistor is bad. OK, I have the part, I need diagram or instruction? Please, any help would be appreciated.

See if the three stories told here will help you out.

If it is the "thermal fuse" instead of thermistor, then it is a pretty easy thing to replace.

    Best of luck,
