Cinder Block Wall Anchor Hinge repair
I have a cinderblock wall in my backyard in Southern California. The wall has no use other than aesthetic. Not a load bearing wall, not a retaining wall of any kind. It does, however, split my backyard in half. This wall has an old gate and the block where the bottom hinge of the gate was anchored has broke loose. How do I repair this. BTW, I stink at this stuff... so simplicity counts! Thank you in advance for your time.
