    Metal post in retaining wall
Winter is approaching and I have a concrete retaining wall with metal post in it. I have not installed the fence panels back on the post. Is it to early to glue the caps on with the brackets. I don't want rain to get into the pole and freeze and crack the concrete, but I have never installed a fence before so I didn't know if this is the wrong sequence to putting up a fence. Or does that really matter.

    Thanks
