I believe you did choose the right area for this question :)

What does your dr say when you do go in? It's certainly not good if you're experiencing these things frequently. Your dr should be helping treat and prevent them, and hopefully be trying to figure out why it keeps happening.

How old are you? Spots of blood seem the least worrisome. Spotting between periods isn't exactly uncommon.

Burning when urinating is often associated with bladder infections. If you keep getting bladder infections, drinking lots of cranberry juice can help. But has your dr said that's what it is?

And do all of these things happen at the same time usually? Or is it more like one of these happens, goes away and another comes?

Firstly, you need to go to your doctor and make sure you don't have either a vaginal infection or a urinary tract infection.

Then, drink plenty of water. Take at least 1 cranberry tablet a day. Try not to take antibiotics.

Don't wash your vaginal area with soap, or if you do make sure it's a mild one that doesn't contain lye. Make sure the vaginal area is dry after you bath or shower - some people recommend drying it with a hairdryer! Switch to a natural washing powder and wear only cotton undies.

Don't continually wear tight jeans or pants. Don't wear underwear to bed.

Make sure you're lubricated when you have sex, buy some lube if you have to. Always go to the toilet before and after sex. Wipe yourself with a wet, warm face washer after sex.

Bathing the area in a mild solution of salt and water can also help the itching.

You may also consider reducing the sugar and yeast in your diet.
