Hey J-Lo.
The two of you are making me tired thinking about housework. I got my laundry done last night. Along with the dishes and trash. Now I just walked a mile on my lunh break and half of it was up hill. A steep hill I might add.

I also took Pete for his daily walk. Have to burn off all that energy!

Glad it's going good so far. Yea, I got the blind set up and ready to go. I just have to go on the same hike at 5 tonight to help my brother-in-law set up his tree stand. I set mine up now because it gets dark at 6 so I figured we would run out of light.

You should send Pete to my house while you are on vacation. I own a cabin on the lake and have planty of land for him to run on. He could keep my 2 dogs company, they would get along great.

Well it was actually the other way around. Haha. I went downhill on the way then went up another hill and set my blind then went back down that hill and then up the long steep hill. Haha

There is a lot of hills around actually. They are aroundthe back roads though. You go down most roads around here and all you see is flat ground for miles. Just a crap load of corn fields. Around my work there are 3 roads that are very windy and have no guard rails and are steep hills on each side. I am hunting 60 acres on one of those roads. I was on this road the other day for the first time and it was kind of scary. They call it 'Devils Backbone'
I see why now. It is a narrow, windy road and has a huge drop off on each side. No guard rails either. There isn't even enough ground on either side to put guardrails. It is just road and then nothing. If a tire drops off you are screwed.
