    Campaigning over net
    The internet changed campaigns by:( A) placing greater emphasis on corp fund raising
    (b) making it easier for campaigns to employ rapid response techniques
    (c) deemphasizing the importance of polling
    (d) decreasing campaigns television budgets

    A is not a result of internet campaigning, B makes sense, C isn't true, D isn't true. C is held in higher regard more and more as time goes by, D shows a great increase regardless.
