    Harassing texts and calls
    Hi
    If I have the number of someone who is sending me harassing texts and calls can I find out who the phone is registered to

    The police certainly can but the phone company would not give that type of information to you.

    Most likely you can't, but if the are doing this, document it, save the text and file a police report and allow the police to find them
