    Ceiling fan remote
When I moved into the home I live in now, there was a Hampton Bay ceiling fan Model # UO7078T installed in the living room. It came with a remote, but has been wired to 2 switches on the wall. I cannot locate the instruction manual. What do the schematics say the color coated wire to wire connections are? And how do I program the remote?

You do not "program" a remote that has already been operational. The fans aren't actually programed at all but you make the dip switches in the receiver and the hand held match exactly. Make sure both wall switches are ON and then press your remote button, did you see a small rd light on the remote?
